Altos muros de calidad porosa, casi natural, envuelven la extensión realizada por el estudio español Nieto Sobejano Arquitectos en el Museo de San Telmo, San Sebastián. El aluminio que compone las murallas fue trabajado de modo que el clima natural de la zona haga su trabajo, empujando el crecimiento de moho y pequeñas hierbas en las rugosidades, creando una obra de relación poética entre arquitectura y naturaleza, subrayada por la ubicación de los dos pisos del volumen, la cual descansa contra un cerro. Una larga escalera que conduce al techo del museo conecta el paisaje con los edificios, creando un paseo que pasa a formar parte de la composición.
