Hotel Hotel New Acton Nishi es un proyecto de los arquitectos Fender Katsalidis ubicado en Canberra, Australia. Estéticamente, el diseño se acerca a los hoteles boutique de Copenhagen, un espacio ecléctico, donde varios artistas fueron invitados a crear o presentar obras que pasaran a formar parte tanto de las habitaciones como de las áreas comunes. Entre ellos, Amos Enders-Moje, quien realizó trabajos en vidrio para lámparas, candelabros e incluso vasos y tazas; y Clare Belfrage, quien participa además en exposiciones de la galería adjunta. Las habitaciones del hotel reflejan la pluralidad de estilos, yendo desde «Cosy» (comfortable, «Meandering» (errante), «Original» y «Creative», estilos reflejados tanto en el diseño, la disposición y el valor de los cuartos.
Fender Katsalidis es una firma de Melbourne, entre su trabajo destaca el Museo de Arte Nuevo y Viejo de Tasmania, y la Torre Eureka en Melbourne.
