EL BOSQUE Y LA CIUDAD

Durante sus años como artista grafitero, Stéphane Malka analizó las relaciones de la forma arquitectónica y natural en los ambientes urbanos altamente poblados. De estas observaciones surge la base de EP7, un restaurante ubicado en Paris cuyos techos y murallas están cubiertos por madera no procesada que permite el crecimiento de plantas. Evocando una apertura en el bosque o una cueva en mitad de la nada, la tipología del restaurant obedece también a la taberna tradicional francesa, contrastando así dos estéticas de crecimiento y orden aparentemente opuestas.
